As the Minister for the Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities (MPIC), YB Zuraida maintains her support for the continuing innovation and development of Malaysian rubber industry and products. The rubber industry has long been a source of income for the nation, manufacturers, rubber plantation owners and workers. Despite being overshadowed by the palm oil sector, Malaysia remains an important manufacturer of rubber products to the world and the MPIC is committed to increase our competitiveness and global market share.
